Epson WF 310 Fax Printer Review

The Espon Workforce 310 is a great color printer that is multifunction and cheap. You can get this for as little as $130 in stores. It works fast and is great for a small home office.
When testing this machine, it comes out great. You can get as many as 18 pages in just one minute of printing. It also does scanning and copying at a speedy pace. Graphics come out a bit slower than printing with this machine. You will only get about three per minute with these. They claim to do a bit higher, but when tested these are the speeds that were came up with by the consumer. With regular paper the black can look a little fuzzy at times. The graphics do not come out perfect either. When you use Espon's paper, they do look a little bit better, but still not perfect at all.
This printer is good enough for an office that is not heavy duty printing all the time. Everything is well labeled and it has a control panel with buttons to do everything. It has a small LCD screen with instructions. They scroll across it and take a bit of time to watch them. The tray will hold 100 sheets of paper. The trays are made of a plastic that is not very sturdy. These could be easily broken if you are not careful.
The User's guide for this does not come with the product. You can find it online if you want it. You have to download it and can not download the entire thing at one time. You have to do it in sections. It has nice instructions, but no walk through pictures. It would be better if it came with the item when purchased originally.
The ink for this printer can be very expensive. You have to purchase a $17 cartridge just for your black ink. This means it costs 6.9 cents every time you print a page. The color one is cheaper at $12.34 and only ends up being 3.6 cents per page with this one. If you use all of the colors though it ends up costing a bit more per page. These can get very expensive if you use a lot of ink. This is one thing that I see as very negative about this printer.
